Where is my data stored?

Checking your version

Here's how to find out which version you're using:

1. Click the email icon in the bottom left
2. Select "About"
3. Check the "On Premise: Yes / No" entry

Where the data is stored

Cloud version (On Premise: No)

• Data is stored locally in the browser (cache)
• Only you have access to your chats
• If you use a different browser or device, the data won't be available there

On-Premises (On Premise: Yes)

• Data stays entirely within the company network
• No external data transfer takes place
• Control lies entirely with your organization

Note

• Your chat history is private and cannot be viewed by other users
• Your employer has no access to your chats
• On shared devices, it's a good idea to clear the browser cache
