Administration

What is the administration area?

The administration area is the control center of your basebox organization. Here, as an administrator, you manage all important settings – from users and apps to organization settings.

Important

Only administrators have access to this area. Regular users do not see this option.

How to open the administration area

1. Open the sidebar – Click the menu icon in the left-hand navigation
2. Select "Administration" – You'll find this item in the sidebar
3. Choose the desired area – Click the area you want to manage

The areas at a glance

• Roles & Permissions – Which role (administrator/user) has which rights.
• Dashboard – Control center with the most important figures and activities.
• Organization – Basic settings such as your organization's name and logo.
• Users – Invite and remove team members and adjust their roles.
• Groups – Bundle users into groups and assign permissions.
• Daily Announcements – Display notices for all users.
• Audit Log – Track who performed which action and when.
• App Approval – Define who may use which apps.
• Store – Enable ready-made apps for your team.
• Connectors – Connect external systems.
• API Keys – Technical access for integrating external systems.
