Brief description
The store is the catalog of available apps. As an administrator, you install apps for your organization here or remove them again – controlling which apps are available to your team.
What is the store used for
The store lets you centrally determine your organization's app offering: you make useful standard apps available (install) and hide those not needed (uninstall). This keeps the app selection for your team clear and limited to what's relevant.
Where to find the store
Open Administration → Store in the sidebar. The page is organized into:
- a "Filter by category" filter and a search field to quickly find apps
- the available apps as tiles, sorted by category (e.g., General, Email, …)
- per tile: an icon, name, a short description, and a button to install or uninstall
Step by step
Installing an app:
- Open Administration → Store
- Find the desired app using the search field or the category filter
- Click "Install" on the app tile
The app is now available to your organization and appears in the apps area.
Uninstalling an app:
- Open Administration → Store
- Find the already installed app
- Click "Uninstall" on the app tile
The app is thereby removed from your organization's offering.
Notes
Note
- Installed apps become available to your organization; uninstalled apps are removed from the offering again.
- You can recognize already installed apps by the "Uninstall" button on the tile, and not-yet-installed apps by "Install".
- Installing and uninstalling apps in the store is reserved for administrators.
