Quick start

Signing in

Here's how to sign in to basebox:

1. Open the basebox sign-in page
2. Enter your credentials
3. Click Sign in

Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password:

1. Click "Forgot password" on the sign-in page
2. Enter your email address
3. Follow the instructions in the email

Creating a new account

Here's how to create a new basebox account:

1. Open basebox.ai
2. Click "Get started for free"
3. Follow the registration process

Note

basebox has two roles – Administrator (manages users, apps, and organization settings) and User (uses chat and apps without administrative functions). Every organization needs at least one administrator.
