From November 2026 the App Builder builds apps from a description
You describe a task in your own words, and AI agents turn it into an app that does it from then on, across several steps and systems too.
- The app works only with the permissions of the person who starts it.
- Write actions run only after a human approves them.
- The App Builder uses only connections and models your administrator has enabled.
The basebox Cloud launches in November 2026
Until then, new Cloud accounts run in the transition phase. That page describes what happens during the move.
BSI C5 and the Cyber Resilience Act are in progress
- BSI C5: The Type 1 attestation is in progress.
- Cyber Resilience Act: The reporting obligations for actively exploited vulnerabilities have applied since 11 September 2026. basebox implements the remaining obligations by 11 December 2027.
These principles do not change with any version
- Your data stays in the EU and under your control. Only what you enable goes out.
- The AI may never do more than the person using it.
- The Server runs entirely without internet, with AI model, documents, apps, permissions and audit log.
- basebox is ISO 27001 certified.
